I have been always seeing my friends and colleagues eating fruits as their subsititute food during lunch or dinner but I never realise why I myself don't!. Suprisingly, I have started to eat what I call 'snack' since Monday. If you ask why? I can only answer you... the truth will prevail (hahaha quoting Fasha Sandha statement towards Tiz Zaqyah) But, it's a good practice for a healthy lifestyle. Now, me tapauing to office and if I feel hungry during tea break time, I can have my snack rather than buying buns, buns and buns LOL!
Today, I brought watermelon and green apples and gladly share my snack with my deary who is just seating 2-feet from me hehehe...
Wish me to continue this habit sampai bila - bila plus I always remember this saying 'an apple a day keeps the doctor away'
Wowee, my apple! Caution! Do not take star fruit, read an article this fruit contains a neurotoxin which is not present on other fruits. It affects the brains and nerves (not sure how true is this but better be safe than sorry)
Yey, our love anniversary is today and it's 1 year 10 months already! Happy anniversary dear, so movie and special dinner tonite? Hehehe! Luv ya!
