Who doesn't love butter cake or butter cookies? Me loving it! This cake is our all time favorite. It is delicious to be eaten with or without the buttercream icing. The cake is easy to prepare and the ingredient is accessible in supermarket. Here goes the recipe!
250gm butter, unsalted and melted
200gm castor sugar
4 nos eggs
300gm plain flour
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
200gm butter, unsalted and melted
180gm icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 - 2 tbsp fresh milk
Beat butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Mix in one by one the eggs. Fold in the flour and baking powder and mix well. Grease the 8 inches round pan with butter and a little bit flour, pour in the batter and bake for 30 - 35 minutes with baking temperature 350 F.
